1. Delivery Times

Our Friday Lunch Drop Boxes are delivered between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Due to the fresh nature of our food, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during this window.

 

2. Pre-Ordering Rules

Booking Window: Pre-orders are open from Monday to Thursday.

Strict Cut-off: All orders must be finalized by Thursday at 2:00 PM.

Availability: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. "Get your orders in early – limited availability".

 

3. Service Area & Delivery Fees

Delivery Included: Standard delivery is included in the price of £14.99 per meal for our designated delivery zones.

Catering: Logistics for Corporate, Wedding, and Festival catering will be handled separately based on the event location and scale.

 

 

4. Order Management

Group Ordering: We encourage group ordering where one person can order for the entire group or office.

Handling: As our food is organic and fresh, it should be consumed immediately upon delivery or refrigerated properly.
