Refund policy

At Mango Kitchen Corner, we take pride in delivering premium, authentic Caribbean flavors. Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail stores.

 

1. Perishable Goods (Friday Lunch Drop Box)

Due to the perishable nature of our food and strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered or collected.

2. Issues with Your Order

If you receive an incorrect order, or if your food arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

  • You must notify us within 2 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Please provide photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Upon review, we will process a replacement or a partial/full refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

  •  

    Friday Lunch Drop Boxes: As orders are prepared fresh, cancellations must be made before our Thursday 2:00 PM pre-order cutoff. Orders canceled after this window cannot be refunded.

     

  • Weddings & Private Events: Cancellations for bespoke catering are subject to the terms outlined in your specific event contract. Initial deposits for securing your date are non-refundable.
